Another week, another batch of totally bitchin' '80s links, as collected from Internet points both big and small...

1. Our tee of the week, Donkey Jones, squeezes Raiders of the Lost Ark though a Donkey Kong filter. Double win!

2. 1986's Little Shop Of Horrors is available now on Blu-ray and included amongst the extra goodies is an apocalyptic alternate ending some 23 minutes in length, one in which the carnivorous houseplants, quarterbacked by Audrey II, pig out on NYC and presumably, the rest of us. Never publicly released to date, the backstory here is a fascinating ode to studio politics and the delicate dance between art and commerce.

Below, a snippet from the ending in question:

3. Here's the Snake Plissken costume tutorial you've been clamoring for. (Are those zippers stitched across the clavicle? Why yes, yes they are.)

7. Hot licks and hot kicks meet in The Miami Connection, a b-flick about a traveling troupe of kung fu rock & rollers with no tolerance for crime or ninja narcoterrorists. Recently unearthed by the cool kids at Drafthouse Films, the film's amazacrazy trailer is embedded below:

8. Kids today have it sooooo easy, and the infographic below is demonstrable proof.
