This costume is relatively easy to put together, particularly if you have brown hair and own or have access to karate robes. There are really just two essential elements here:

Robes
Sunburst Headband - you could make one with white cloth and a black
permanent marker
Bonus Accessory - A great prop would be to get chopsticks (free
from your next take out night) and glue or draw on a fly.
